Dates of offers, prices and product availabilities are subject to change without notice. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation informing you of the order’s reception date and availability for each ordered articles. Order cancelling due to short stocks may occasionally occur.

We always try our best to satisfy every client, although we reserve ourselves the right to modify product information or cancel orders with inexact prices. Corrections may be applied to products in a post-order context.

SALES TAX

In Canada, Vincent d’Amérique collects sale tax on sold products from the website. Sales tax rate applied depends on the shipping address of order.

SHIPPING

We ship all over Canada and USA. We ship in a variety of ways according to what you’ve bought and where it is shipped. In the payment step of purchase, we will ask you to choose a shipping method. Shipping fees consider the chosen method, weight and size of the purchase alongside with the destination of the package. All prices and fees on Vincent d’Amérique’s website are shown in canadian currency.

All our shipments are processed through Canada Post. If nobody is present at the moment of reception, the package will be dropped at the nearest Canada Post counter.

SHIPPING TO QUÉBEC AND CANADA :

Standard shipping is free for all 100$+ purchases.
Shipping fees are of 8$ for all purchases under 100$.
* The purchase amount for shipping fees is calculated before tax.

Please note that extras will be applied for express shipping, depending on the weight, the size of the package and of the destination of the shipment.

SHIPPING METHODS OFFERED :

  • STANDARD SHIPPING

    Shipping delays are between 5 to 8 business days starting when the order has left the warehouse. Please note that delivery in rural or remote areas may result in additional delivery time.

NOTE: Business days are Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES :

Standard Shipping is free for all 200$+ purchases.
Shipping fees are of 10$ for all purchases between 100-200$.
Shipping fees are of 20$ for all purchases under 100$.
* The purchase amount for shipping fees is calculated before tax and discounts. No customs fees for purchases under 200$.

Be aware that customs fees may apply on purchases over 200$ and are at the client's charge.

Please note that extras will be applied for express shipping, depending on the weight, the size of the package and of the destination of the shipment.

SHIPPING TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS

A single order can’t be shipped to more than one address. You will have to make another order to send part of your purchases to another destination.

RETURNS POLICY

Allowed delay for a return demand is 10 days following the moment of reception. For any demands passed this period, please contact our customer service at 1-844-312-1616.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, bathing suits and socks are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Vincent d’Amérique is not responsible of any losses or stolen credits, gift cards or gift checks. Gift items and gift cards are not refundable. Shipping fees are not refundable, except in the case of damaged products or of a mistake on shipped item’s nature or size.

Two return options are available:

  1. BY MAIL TO OUR WAREHOUSE

    If the item is returned in the 10 days following its reception, Vincent d’Amérique refunds by the same payment method in which the said item was purchased. Worn or damaged returns won’t be refunded. You will receive the refund payement in the 5 business days following reception of the returned products by Vincent d’Amérique.

    Postal stamp's date will be considered as the return date.

    1. Return the item unworn and unused in its original packaging.
    2. Enter the reason for return on the packing slip and attach the bottom of the slip to your return package. Keep the top of the list for your records. If you can not reach the packing slip, attach rather a printed email confirmation of your order copy.
    3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all labels located on the packaging and affix the return label.
    4. Keep the tracking number of your package for your records. We are not responsible for return package damaged, misdirected or lost without the tracking number.
    5. All packages should be returned to the following address (unless otherwise indicated on your packing slip) :

  2. IN PERSON IN ONE OF OUR 20 STORES

    Please note that items purchased in store can only be exchanged or refunded in store.

    You can exchange items purchased through our website or request a refund at any of our stores. Make sure you keep the original invoice and the item you want to return to facilitate the operation. Visit the Locate a Storesection to locate the nearest Vincent D'Amérique.

    1. Return the item unworn and unused in its original packaging taking care to include all the papers, pieces and accessories needed to obtain credit.
    2. Bring the packing slip to the store as proof of purchase and the price paid. If you no longer have the original packing slip, rather please print a copy of the email confirmation of your order and bring it in store.
    3. Refunds are made depending to the original method of payment.
    4. In case where the item was purchased via a PayPal account, a credit note will be made in store.

    It is not possible to exchange an item by mail. Instead, you must return the item originally ordered and place a new order. Due to the delivery and processing time of your return, we suggest you place a new order immediately to ensure the availability of the item you want. Availability can change quickly. If you wait until we have processed your return before a new order, it is possible that the item of your original order is no longer available.

    All refunds are made in store according to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are not refunded. Please note that in case you are returning a gift, the refund is made through a gift card.
